For Time and All Eternity

This is one super long post filled with way too many photos, but I'm doing it for all the family that missed Kayla and Bowe's wedding day.
-
Here are just a few of my favorite moments captured....
-

-
Genevieve said that Kayla was a princess.
-

-
And of course every princess needs a prince......
However, I think Genevieve has claimed him as hers.
-

-
Seriously, How cute are they!
-

-
Genevieve wanted to make sure her dress didn't get wet or dirty as she walked down a few steps. I think I'll teach her how to do it in a modest way next time.
-

-
Mother of the Bride
-

=
Genevieve wanted nothing to do with these flowers or all the cameras. If you look closely at the photo above you will see that I had to hold the flowers for her. And, yeah, looking at the camera was way too much to ask of this tired 3 year old.
-

-
But taking a minute to have a picture taken with Bowe.......
We didn't even have to bribe her.
-

-
I sure am glad I have a sister.
Thanks for listening to me whine tonight!
-

-
It was so fun having our brother, Jason, around! I especially liked that his hotel room was right next to ours so that my boys could bang on his wall at 7 am. It was fun having you here Jason!
-

-
You would never believe what kind of position Jason was in while he took this shot of my family. Thanks Jason! I love the angle!
-

-
Occasionally Hayden takes a moment to "walk like an Egyptian"
-

-
Hayden wanted to stand in the reception line to congratulate the married couple. Genevieve was the smart one....she jumped in the line when Hayden was almost there.
I love that he shows her affection by playing with her hair....
-

and by putting his hand on her shoulder.

-
On to the cake.....
-
-
-
Awww, how sweet.
=

-
Time for some dancing!
Genevieve insisted that Hayden dance with her.....
-

-
and dance with her......
-

-
and dance with her some more.
-

-
Finally Hayden had had enough.
This picture makes me laugh. Hayden is pointing to Tyler. Tyler is pushing them away. Genevieve is screaming for someone to dance with her.
What great memories!
-

-
I had to bribe Tyler with a dollar to dance. He used it to buy a soda at the vending machine in the hotel. Totally worth a dollar....I mean, look how happy that girl is!
=

-
Such a happy night!
-

-
Genevieve has reclaimed her prince.
-

-
Again...Tyler had to be bribed.
-

-
Whew, have I bored you yet?
There's just one thing left to say...
I love you Kayla & I'm so happy for you!

Needing a little attention?

Were you feeling left out, Honey?

What are we going to do?

Bad news....
Brushfire is now closed.
I'm sooooo sad!
It's been a tradition for us to go on each kids birthday for the last 5 years.
-
So, here it is
Our last Brushfire experience.
-

-
Blowing on her bowl to help it dry faster.
-

-
In case you were wondering, those are balloons in the middle. And one of them is special...
It has TWO strings!
-

-
Check out that concentration.
-

-

-

The finished product.
-

-
Genevieve thought that my name needed to be on the back too.

So, she wrote it for me.
-

-
Well, it was fun while it lasted!

Pretty Pretty Princess

I just looooove having a girl!
-
Genevieve received a ton of dress-up stuff for her birthday. The boys are having just as much fun with it as she is. They love dressing her up in all her costumes.
