NO SCHOOL???

St. George is not prepared to have this much snow at once. The schools are closed today. Tyler is very excited. We have already made plans to build snowmen. It's going to be a great day!

Miss Genevieve likes to throw her food and drinks overboard when eating. She then says Uh-oh like it was an accident. We had a little fun with her tonight. Here's some videos we wanted to share with you.

Here's a funny Tyler moment

For family home evening we talked about all the different names for Jesus Christ. One was Immanuel, which means God with us. Tyler said, "I know why else they called him Immanuel. Because He knows the gospel. He's like a MANUEL of the gosple."

We decorated pinecones to hang on our Christmas trees tonight while eating chocolate popcorn made by Tyler.

Even Wayne helped out.

We had pinecones hanging everywhere.

Tyler had this to say while decorating:

We are kind of like pinecones. Do you know why?

Because each one is kinda different, like us.

We ran out of places to hang our pinecones while they dried.

We decided to decorate our trees in our favorite colors this year. We have three trees, all different sizes, each year we draw names to decide who decorates which tree.

Tyler was so excited to get the biggest tree this year. His favorite color is green.

Hayden got the medium size tree and made it blue.

I got the smallest and decorated it in red.

Genevieve wanted to help. . . .I guess Uno cards make great ornaments. I love Christmas!

I guess Hayden was a little bored

thought it looked like lip gloss???
